The Calaveras Youth Organization founded the Calaveras SAVE Campaign because MUSIC MATTERS

Why does Music Matter?
1. Creativity, teamwork and fun at school
2. Music is a bond between people, cultures and language
3. Promotes Self Esteem, builds character and purpose.

Calaveras SAVE Campaign Goals:
1-Plan for a short term rescue by developing plans to raise as much as $266,000.
2-Partner with CUSD to guarantee monies donated will be used specifically for music programs.
3-Collaborate with other groups to participate in seeking a Long Term solution to this budget problem
