San Andreas, CA…A healthy heart is essential to overall health and well-being. Mark Twain Medical Center held a special workshop on Feb. 14 focusing on how to achieve and maintain heart health. Full Video of the workshop is below..

Speakers were Laura Keller, Family Nurse Practitioner; Denise Mordue-Lane, Nurse Practitioner- Women’s Health; Jaymee Loverin, RN, Cardiac Services and Jana Carter, RN, Education Manager. There were also special guest testimonial from a community member about her heart emergency scare and her successful outcome.
Heart Health = Everything is part of the ongoing “A Plan 4 Me” workshop series held at Mark Twain Medical Center on topics of interest to the Calaveras community.
