Mokelumne Hill, CA…The Historic Hotel Leger is open again for business, and ready to help support the community and those who suffered from the devastating Butte fire. Call the hotel at 209-286-1401 for details. We have many supporters who are dropping off food and clothing for those in need, and items may be picked up at the hotel. We are also working with other local relief agencies to coordinate this effort.

During the coming weeks, we will be open 7 days a week for breakfast (starting at 8am), lunch (starting at Noon), as well as a limited dinner service until 7pm. Discounts will gladly be provided to those in need during this time – call for details.

People are welcome to come by the Hotel and just rest, charge their cell phones, use the Internet, too, if they have a laptop or tablet with them.

In a few weeks, we will also be holding a benefit fund-raising event for those affected by the fire. Please check our website at www.hotelleger.com in the coming weeks for details.
