Bear Valley, CA…Winter is quickly approaching, and we’re excited to see you back on the mountain! We all know this winter will be a bit different, and our team is working to plan for a safe and successful season. We plan to open over thanksgiving like normal and as always, weather dependent.
Over the coming weeks and months, we will continue to update you as to the changes in operations due to Covid-19 and the measures and procedures in place to prioritize safety at the resort.
A few things to be aware of for the upcoming season.
We do not plan on requiring reservations for season pass holders.
No one will be permitted on the mountain without a face covering.
We will be promoting physical distancing throughout the resort, including chairlifts.
There will be limited access to the lodge. Food and beverage service will be limited to grab and go offerings in the lodge as well as new BBQ locations around the resort.
Stay tuned to Mattlys pre-season weather reports for up-to-date information about what is to be expected at the resort this season.
We reserve the right to adapt our operations throughout the season based on changing circumstances.
