Bear Valley & Elk Grove, CA…Dennis Fredrick Rasmussen Went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 after a hard-fought battle with cancer. Born on March 28, 1938 in Burbank, CA to Maury & Ruth Rasmussen, he lived most of his life in Bear Valley and Elk Grove, CA.
Dennis is survived by the love of his life, Bonnie, their two daughters Denise and Krista (husband Philip), along with his two brothers Doug and Clayton (wife Ginger), sister Linda, and a large extended family.
Dennis served in the Air Force (1956-1960), graduated from San Jose State (1968) and was President and CEO of multiple businesses including Mt. Reba ski area and Rasmussen & Associates, ServiceMaster in Sacramento.
He loved Jesus, his family, ice cream, and was gracious with everyone he encountered. Celebration of life is planned for Friday, November 6 at 11 am at First Baptist Church of Elk Grove.

Dear Bonnie, our hearts are saddened by the loss of a good,good man. We have so many wonderful memories of the
“old days” at Bear. You and Dennis were always there as such friends, and we shall always cherish those days. We miss you
and hope the future will be kind and easy for and the girls.
