Jackson, CA…As fire season quickly approaches we would like to take this time to help explain the difference between an Evacuation Order and an Evacuation Warning.
Additionally, we would like to share the web link to the Amador County OES Emergency Resources page, which contains a live map to be used during an emergency (see below). This map will be updated during an emergency to show evacuation order and warning areas, as well as areas that are allowed to repopulate.
