Copperopolis, CA…Under the coordination of Sgt. Bob Fienberg, the Calaveras Sheriff Volunteers
Lt. Ed Anderson and Ed Evans provided traffic control during the annual Copper Run on Saturday, January 23rd, 2016. This annual fundraising event for the Copperopolis Fire Department was well attended. The running enthauists enjoyed the beautiful cool weather in such a worthwhile community event.

The Calaveras County Sheriff Volunteer Unit continues to need more volunteers to assist various communities in holding public events in Calaveras County.
