Arnold, CA…It may seem complicated when there are multiple owners on a property. These owners, three brothers contacted us when it was time to sell the cabin that they had grown up with. The Buyers, Two brothers, and a son had been looking for their own cabin in the mountains. Being in the trades they had the ability and desire to build their own sweat equity and dreams of making memories in the mountains.
