San Andreas, CA…The Mark Twain Medical Center (MTMC) is currently experiencing a phone outage for all outgoing and incoming phone calls. A telephone cable was inadvertently cut by a construction company doing work on nearby street. Estimated time for repair is 8 to 10 hours. This is also affecting several areas in and around San Andreas. MTMC remains committed to providing the highest level of care to our patients, community and staff.
