San Andreas, CA…The public nature of the office of Sheriff means that the Sheriff serves individual members of a county just as much as they serve the county as a whole. For this reason, the interview process for the appointment of Sheriff must take into account both the concerns of the County Government and the concerns of it’s citizens.

In order to make the concerns of the Calaveras County Citizens hard in the interviews for a new Sheriff, Calaveras County citizens should submit these interview questions to: askthesheriff@calaverasgov.com

Calaveras County citizens will have until April 8, 2016 to submit interview questions to be asked during the public interviews. All questions will be reviewed by County Counsel and those that are not appropriate will not be used in the interview process. Like questions will be combined.
