San Andreas, CA…CHP is reporting a non-injury incident near Obyrnes Ferry & Copper Cove Drive, A Collision near Hwy 12 & Southworth, a traffic hazard on the Middle Bar Bridge and earlier there was an accident caused by a driver who had had a stroke on Fricot City Road. Let’s be careful out there
