Angels Camp, CA…(Frogtown, USA)…On Wednesday evening Fair & Frog Jump Season kicked into high gear with the annual kick off dinner.   We will have a separate story with video and details of those who were honored including the Sender Family who will be honored at this year’s fair.  Most importantly however was this is the annual Calaveras County Hazing contest as if you are a young lady who has royal Calaveras Saddle Queen or Miss Calaveras aspirations a bit of frog kissing must be done.  Since Frogs are true Calaveras Royalty future queens must pay their respects.  Sometimes the most fun was watching the girl’s expressions after the deed had been done.  A few photos are below…
