Arnold, CA…CCWD Crews Started on October 2nd, the final phase of tule removal at White Pines Lake. They’ll be shuttling debris along the lake’s back path near the Disk Golf area and using the ballfield for loading. Work will continue through October, possibly into November, depending on how long it takes to remove all the debris.
