Sheep Ranch, CA…When we head to the Government Center in San Andreas many times we take the back way down Avery Sheep Ranch Road and through Mountain Ranch. It gives us an opportunity to see some of the fairest parts of the county and also take some quick peeks at progress on Butte Fire Recovery. Sometimes though the traffic backups are horrendous and remind me of sitting in Bay Area traffic. Traffic congestion is unfortunately here to stay in Calaveras County. One fellow clogging the lanes even seemed to enjoy holding up traffic…
