   The guy handling the “ban” petition here is overbearing and aggressive. He’s using scare tactics and his spiel is incorrect.
   In 15 minutes he forgot he had already approached me and asked me to sign again. I asked if he had something to smoke if he couldn’t remember he’d ready spoken to me……hmmm……
