Dove Fire Burning South Of Mariposa

Mariposa, CA…Dove incident began June 7th, at approximately 12:24 pm on the Sierra National Forest. All available resources were sent to this incident. This includes; 12 engines, water tender, 2, type one hotshot Crews, 2 air tankers, 2 helicopters, SNF Air attack and 3 dozers. More resources have been called to assist the SNF. The fire is located in the Jersey Dale area and is active, growing to 20-30 acres in size. More information will be available tonight.
