Jamestown, CA…This evening at 8:30 PM the Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Department received a fire reported at a residence at the 10,000 block of Buck Brush Drive in Jamestown. It was reported that one home was fully engulfed. All the occupants were evacuated and are safe. The surrounding homes were notified and evacuated as a precaution. Golden Oaks Drive is closed to through traffic. Please avoid the area so emergency personnel can make entry quickly. One home destroyed and the fire is now contained and appears to be out.
