Angels Camp, CA…Greenhorn Creek Resort in Angels Camp, CA has an immediate opening for an Executive Chef at CAMPS Restaurant, the resort’s award-winning restaurant and bar. The Executive Chef will be responsible for directing and ensuring the highest standards of operation, product quality and the profitability of the Food and Beverage Department. This includes overseeing the kitchen, restaurant and banquet operations. The position requires active management, strong leadership and analytical skills. The Executive Chef will also initiate and aid in the development of new menu items and beverages, while delivering the highest possible level of guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess considerable experience in both kitchen supervision and food and beverage management, as well as a passion for creating memorable meals that range from a casual lunch for a group of golfers to elegant weddings. The Executive Chef must be a team player who leads by example and encourages open communication.
