Arnold, CA…This afternoon the bridge normally over but now through Moran Creek on Love Creek Road was back underwater and further under water than in the January storms. One large SUV crossed while we were there so structurally is still appears sound but if we get another significant surge tomorrow who knows. Further up Moran road some culverts under private driveways have failed.
