Arnold, CA…This is your invitation to participate in something special, where together we make a difference for a more vibrant community, one that retains the greater Arnold area’s personality yet helps make the area more attractive. Join us Monday night, March 13 for GABA’s first town hall meeting of 2017. What kinds of public works projects would you pursue? Reduce the speed limit through town? Rid the highway of dilapidated buildings? Fill empty storefronts with things people want or need while providing more and better jobs?
Or maybe find the funds to finance and maintain safe off-highway pedestrian trails, a park where families can gather, a community center, all while doing so without disturbing what is makes Greater Arnold special?
It may now be possible to pursue projects such as these, or any others that the community chooses, all without relying on Washington, Sacramento or even San Andreas.
We’ll meet from 6:00 to 7:30 PM at the Ebbetts Pass Fire Station on Blagen Road, in the training room, accessed from the rear parking lot.
