Lead Agency: Calaveras County Planning Department, 891 Mountain Ranch Rd., San Andreas, CA 95249. 2006-129 Extension of Time for John and Maria Stoughton The applicants are requesting approval of a 12 month extension on approved tentative parcel map 2006-129. An extension will allow them necessary time to complete the conditions of the approved map. The approved map is to divide the 46.89 acre parcel into four (4) parcels ranging from 5.67 acres to 21.73 acres in size. APN 008-028-028 is located at 479 Bald Mountian Road in West Point and is a portion of the Southeast ¼ of Section 2, T6N, R13E, MDM.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Calaveras County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on April 27, 2017, at 9:00 a. m. or soon thereafter to consider the above referenced appeal. The public hearing will be held in the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors Chambers, Government Center, 891 Mountain Ranch Road, San Andreas, California.

Pursuant to Government Code 65009, if anyone challenges the above listed issues in a court of law, the challenge may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raise at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Commission, at or prior to, the public hearing. You are welcome to review the application at the Calaveras County Planning Department during normal working hours, 8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p. m., Monday through Friday except county holidays.
