Lake Alpine, CA…From the Lake Alpine Lodge…”The snow has been relentless but Friday June 16th the resort will open!!!! The restaurant and bar will open at 11:00 am, the store at 8:00am. Regular hours will be posted later. The lake is almost completely thawed, in the valley it’s supposed to be in the triple digits so come on up and play in the snow, do some fishing and enjoy the beautiful weather!!! We won’t have boats in the water but we can rent kayaks and for those who might want to join the polar bear club paddle boards! Unfortunately our campgrounds are still closed due to snow.
