Sonora, CA…If you need to beat the heat and stay cool, the Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Community Service Office locations in Groveland, Sonora, and Jamestown are air conditioned and open from 11 AM- 9 PM from now until Friday.
Come on in, bring a good book, deck of cards or just relax and make new friends.

Additionally, Tuolumne County Transit is offering free rides to and from the Library and the Senior Center for those needing out of the heat. They will also transport you to the CSU Offices but stop running transit services at 8 PM.

The CSU Offices are located in Groveland at 18678 Main St.
Sonora at 13769 Mono Way #D at the Junction Shopping Center.
Jamestown at 18250 Main St.
