Angels Camp, CA…Mr. Bailey was driving his 1995 Ford eastbound on State Route 4, east of Bonanza Mine Way at approximately 50 mph. Due to his unsafe speed Mr. Bailey lost control of the vehicle while negotiateing a curve in the roadway. The vehicle began to fishtail and then traveled across all lanes and collided with a metal reflector post and then rolled over.

He was treated for minor injuries at Mark Twain Medical Center while his passenger 43 year old Heather West from Sonora was medi-flighted to Modesto Memorial with major injuries.

Alcohol and/or Drugs are not considered a factor in this collision.
