Mountain Ranch, CA…On Friday 9-15-17, members of the Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office Marijuana Enforcement Team assisted Code Compliance in serving an abatement warrant at a location in the 7000 block of Nikki Trail, Mountain Ranch.

Upon arrival deputies found a still smoldering trash fire, open top fertilizer containers and an open pipe flowing raw sewage into open septic. Enforcement was taken by Code Compliance and CalFIRE for these identified violations and 788 marijuana plants were eradicated.

Additionally one subject, Michael Braley (age 42 from Las Vegas) was arrested for an out of county no bail misdemeanor warrant.
