Only registered voters that are qualified to vote for the candidate may sign the nomination form. Nomination forms may be obtained from the Office of the County Clerk, Elections Department, 891 Mountain Ranch Road, San Andreas, during regular office hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, phone: (209)754-6376.

Offices to be voted upon statewide are: Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of State, Controller, Treasurer, Attorney General, Insurance Commissioner, Board of Equalization 1st District, United States Senator, United States Representative 4th District, Member of State Senate 8th District, Member of State Assembly 5th District, and Superintendent of Public Instruction.
