San Andreas, CA…Calaveras County Board of Supervisor Summary Public Notice.
The Calaveras County Board of Supervisors introduced an ordinance on February 20, 2018 approving changes to the Elected Official’s compensation and health benefits consistent with the new contract with the Service Employee’s International Union (SEIU) and offered to all unrepresented units.

The ordinance will provide the following cost of living adjustments (COLA):
Effective 6/23/18 = 2%
Effective 1/5/2019 = 2%

The ordinance will also provide that the County pay the monthly employee only cost of dental and vision premiums effective 7/7/2018.
Current employee only dental premium: $50.00
Current employee only vision premium: $13.50

The Board is scheduled to adopt this ordinance at the regularly scheduled Board of Supervisors meeting on Tuesday, March 13, 2018
