Angels Camp, CA…A family member of Greenhorn Creek has suffered from a horrible fire. Andrea (Andy) Tesch, our Executive Sous Chef of Camps Restaurant, received a call while working Wednesday night’s Music in the Park. Her Valley Springs home in California which has been in the family for 4 generations had burned to the ground. Her father, James 65 who is suffering from cancer, was the only one home when the electrical fire started. Andy’s brother arrived home just in time to see smoke and rescue their father from the home. The home completely burned down and they have lost everything.
We are asking our community, staff, and friends to come together and show how much we care and support the family during this time and provide any assistance. Andy, her 65-year-old mother, her 69-year-old father, and her 3 girls (13, 8, 4) have been left with only the clothes they had on. Here’s how you can help.
