San Andreas, CA…Throughout 2018, the Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office has been actively recruiting new employees. This morning during a public Promotional / Hiring / Affirmation of Office Ceremony, Sheriff Rick DiBasilio proudly swore in a large group of recently hired or promoted Sheriff’s employees. The list included the promotion of one patrol sergeant, three corporals, two senior dispatchers and two correctional officer corporals.

Eight new deputy sheriffs were swore in this morning that have all been hired in 2018 as well as six new correctional officers and three dispatchers.

Congratulations and thank you to all of the employees who took an oath today willing to protect and serve the citizens of Calaveras County.
