Camp Connell, CA…On 07/04/2015, San Andreas Area CHP Officers were dispatched to a traffic collision with an ambulance responding. Upon arriving on scene, officers found that a single Subaru had lost control and traveled down a steep and rocky embankment, rolling over and striking a tree. As a result of the collision, the driver and a dog sustained fatal injuries. The driver was found to be wearing her seatbelt at the time of the collision. Although the cause of this collision is still under investigation, the driver’s impairment is unknown. The actual time and date of the collision is still under investigation..
