Jackson, CA…The Arc of Amador and Calaveras present a fabulous fundraising dinner-dance party on Saturday, August 22/ Fiesta Viva el Arc at St. Katharine Drexel’s in Jackson Featuring Thick Soup and The Arc Players

The Arc of Amador and Calaveras is a nonprofit organization that has been providing support and services to adults with developmental disabilities in Amador and Calaveras counties since 1971. It is our mission to ensure long-term availability of services and to advocate for the development of new services. We work with businesses and individuals to provide enriching experiences in education and employment in our communities and to provide supported living services.

Purchase your tickets now for Fiesta Viva el Arc which will be held on Saturday, August 22 from 4-9 pm. This will be a joyful and festive party to help strengthen the Arc so that we may continue to provide life-enhancing services to our consumers. This dinner-dance party features The Arc Players for a dinner show and the rich and saucy sounds of the Thick Soup. A Northern Californian four piece Progressive Americana band, Thick Soup delights audiences with their lively shows filled with original material (and long-lost covers) influenced by roots music including blues, classic jazz, Motown, swing, folk, & bluegrass. Pepitas of Sutter Creek is providing a delicious enchilada feast for dinner and your meal will include a lovely salad and dessert. A huge raffle of fabulous products, art and adventures, and a live auction will be part of the evening’s festivities. Enjoy a no-host bar featuring beer, wine and the famous Arcaritas. All of this is happening at the beautiful St. Katharine Drexel Parish Center at 11361 Prospect Drive in Jackson. This is a lovely, spacious facility with all the right stuff to house our beautiful evening.

Tickets are available at both Arc campuses and at our Supported Living Services Office in the CVS center in Jackson. Tickets are $25 each. Arc Consumer tickets are available at $10 each. Pay by cash, check or credit card. Please call or visit one of our facilities to purchase tickets now:
