San Andreas, CA…The Calaveras County Board of Supervisors adopted an ordinance to amend the zoning of APN 048-025-034 and APN: 050-002-120 from Unclassified (U) to Agriculture Preserve (AP) identifying the land being restricted by a California Land Conservation Contract, Agriculture Preserve No. 363 for Mark Connolly. The subject property is a portion of Section 32, T04N, R10E, MDM.

Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days after adoption and a summary thereof shall be published once within 15 days of adoption in the newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Calaveras with the names of the Supervisors voting for and against it.
