Arnold, CA….In the fluid battle to keep electrons flowing to customers in this wave of storms PG&E is losing a bit of ground this afternoon. The winter storm warning expired about 17 minutes ago so the clearing conditions should help. At this time we are back up to 21,313 in Amador, Alpine, Calaveras, Tuolumne & Northern Mariposa Counties. We started the day 13,495, climbed to over 21,000, inched it back down to 20k and now back up to over 21,000 again.
