San Andreas, CA….On July 21, 2015, at approximately 0804 hours, a Sonora woman was driving her Chevrolet northbound on SR-49 north of the airport at approximately 50-55 MPH. She allowed her vehicle to drift off the right side of the road onto the soft dirt shoulder. She then turned the steering wheel hard to the left, causing her to lose control of her vehicle. Her vehicle traveled across the southbound lane, through a barbed wire fence and rolled over. The vehicle came to rest on its wheels in a nearby field….
She sustained minor injuries and was transported by American Legion Ambulance to Mark Twain Medical Center for treatment.
Drugs and/or alcohol were not a factor in this collision.
