San Andreas, CA…BOARD OF SUPERVISORS SUMMARY PUBLICATION. Ordinance No. 20190423o3116. The Calaveras County Board of Supervisors adopted an ordinance to amend the zoning for a portion of APN: 024-001-033 from Timber Production (TP) and APN: 024-001-034 from Rural Residential – 1.3-acre minimum parcel size (RR-1.3) to General Agriculture (RA) for Victoria Teller. The subject parcel is located at 1810 Love Creek Road in Arnold, approximately 3.5 miles northeast of the intersection of Moran Road and Love Creek Road. APN: 024-001-033 & 034 are a portion of Section 34, T05N, R15E, MDM.

Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days after adoption and a summary thereof shall be published once within 15 days of adoption in the newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Calaveras with the names of the Supervisors voting for and against it.
