Congressman Tom McClintock, County CAO Alt & More to Speak at Calaveras Taxpayers Hosting Annual BBQ Tonight!

San Andreas, CA…The Calaveras Taxpayers to host their Annual BBQ. The fundraising event will be held on Thursday, August 8, 2019, 5 to 8 PM. Location is at The Pickle Patch, 577 W St. Charles Street, San Andreas, CA 95249. The restaurant is located near the intersection of HWY 49 and Pool Station Road.

Albert Alt, County CAO

Al will provide an update on county activities and share his perspective on challenges and successes.

Congressman Tom McClintock, Keynote Speaker
Tom will be addressing issues of local concern. He has spoken at CCTA events several times over the last ten years. Strong supporter of constitutional limited government, he also communicates well with those having opposing views.

James S. Burling, Pacific Legal Foundation
James is Vice President of Legal Affairs in Sacramento. He will be discussing PLF court cases including the recent win regarding the “Takings Clause” which now allows cases to go directly to the Federal Courts.

Eric Eisenhammer Founder of the Coalition of Energy Users. which is California’s only grassroots advocate for access to affordable energy and quality jobs. Also, Eric is Director of Grassroots Operations of the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association He recently appeared as an interesting guest on CCTA’s Taxpayer Alert PATV program.

And, of course, there will be an exciting fundraising raffle. Bring lots of money.

Seating is limited. Donation is $30 which includes complete Tri-Tip dinner with desert and non-alcoholic beverages. Beer and wine bar will be hosted by the Pickle Patch.
