Angels Camp, CA…Enjoy the Sierra Foothills on a 5K/10K race through the historic town of Angels Camp. Proceeds will benefit the students of Mark Twain Elementary School. This race will kick off with a Kids 1 Mile Fun Run at 8:00am. 5K & 10K will start at 8:30. All races begin in historic downtown Angels Camp at The Visitors Center. The race will conclude at Utica Park in Angels Camp. Along the race route, runners will enjoy many scenic and historic elements along the way to include Angels Creek, Gold Cliff, Lightner Mine, views of Bear Mountain and Greenhorn Creek Golf Course. It is not uncommon to spot grazing deer, wild turkeys, an abundance of birds and our resident cattle and horses.

After race festivities at Utica Park to include food, local wines & beer, family activities and live music. Bring a picnic blanket and enjoy our beautiful foothill town while relaxing at the park. Take a walk downtown by following the newly painted Frog Prints that lead visitors from the Park to downtown Angels Camp. Visit the many shops and businesses on Main Street.
Event details and schedule

-Racer check-in is on Saturday Septemeber 26th at the Angels Camp Visitor’s Center from 10am-3pm. Check-in must be completed by racer and present photo ID. Waiver must be completed and submitted this day.

-1 Mile Fun Run for children begins at 8:00am and finishes by 8:20am. The children’s Fun Run begins at the Visitors Center and end at the Visitors Center.

-5K & 10K Runners start at 8:30am at the Visitor’s Center and must end by 10:30am at Utica Park in downtown Angels.

-Please check-in on race day starting at 7:00am. Coffee & refreshments will be available for participants.

-Please use parking off of Rasberry Lane and surrounding Utica Park.
