Conduct a public hearing, accept the addendum to the Environmental Impact Report for the Medical Cannabis Cultivation and Commerce Ordinance Project, make appropriate findings, adopt an ordinance amendment rescinding Chapter 17.95 of the County Code and replacing it with a new Chapter 17.95 regulating commercial and non-commercial cannabis cultivation, and direct staff to publish a summary of the ordinance.
