San Andreas, CA….Out of area tankers have been released from the Willow fire and our local tankers 82 & 83 are now on load n hold at Columbia Air Attack Base. They have not called forward progress stopped but it’s rate of spread had dropped to a crawl. Great Job Everyone!!!
