Arnold, CA…PSPS Outages Continue for Many Communities East of Hwy 49. Along the Hwy 4 Corridor the PSPS Outages were moved up to just above Arnold starting at Big Trees and continuing all the way up through Bear Valley. Along the Hwy 49 Corridor in Calaveras Country Mountain Ranch surrounding areas, West Point and most of Hwy 26 above Mokelumne Hill. In Amador County most of the communities east of Hwy 49 are affected. Tuolumne County is entirely PSPS Free.
