Calaveras County Council of Governments Seeking Public Member

San Andreas, CA…The CCOG, also known as the Regional Transportation Planning Agency, is intended to act as the lead planning and administrative agency for transportation projects and programs in Calaveras County. Through the CCOG, the coordinated efforts of the City, County, and State will bring positive improvements to the overall County transportation system.

The Council consists of seven members: Two (2) members appointed by the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors, two (2) members appointed by the Angels Camp City Council, and three (3) at-large members chosen from the general public. At-large members are selected by a majority of City/County representatives.

The Council meets on the first Wednesday of every month. Members are paid $50 each meeting per diem.
