La Grange, CA…The Tuolumne Sheriff’s Dept is asking the public’s help in locating 35-year-old Kenneth Sipe. Kenneth is described as being 5’10”, 170lbs, with brown hair and blue eyes. Kenneth was last seen Thursday 7-20-2023 around 1800 at his home on Lozano Street in La Grange. Kenneth possibly left the area on foot.
