Toby is a true native of the Ebbetts Pass area who just couldn’t stay away from his hometown of Arnold. After graduating college in 1991, Toby returned and spent ten years in property management, working for local homeowners associations. Before charging into the related “science” of selling real estate, he was with Arnold’s lone timeshare resort, Mountain Retreat, where he honed his customer service and organizational skills by managing the resort which welcomes approximately 8000 guests per year. Toby has intentionally incorporated his prior business expertise and more than 30 years of local residency with his recent sales experience, crafting himself into a confident and competent realtor, ready to guide his clients through the buying and selling processes. Toby married Joan in 1990 and they now have three children together, Tobias, Zach and Trianna. For fun, the Jordan family usually stays close to home doing things like hiking, camping, river rafting, fishing, mountain biking, rock climbing, skiing, snowboarding and playing soccer.

Toby’s wife Joan launched into real estate in 2020 as a transaction coordinator, and in 2023, obtained her real estate license to partner with her spouse, Toby Jordan. As Team Jordan, our business objective mirrors our personal objective, to treat others the way we would like to be treated. We enjoy sharing our love for the area with others by helping them find their own slice of mountain life.
