Toby is a true native of the Ebbetts Pass area who just couldn’t stay away from his hometown of Arnold. After graduating college in 1991, Toby returned and spent ten years in property management, working for local homeowners associations. Before charging into the related “science” of selling real estate, he was with Arnold’s lone timeshare resort, Mountain Retreat, where he honed his customer service and organizational skills by managing the resort which welcomes approximately 8000 guests per year.
