A. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 16-22. A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE PARK LAND IMPACT FEE CALCULATION AND IMPACT FEE STUDY REPORT FOR THE CITY OF ANGELS & ESTABLISHING PARK LAND IN-LIEU FEES & PARK IMPROVEMENT IMPACT FEES FOR ALL EFFECTED AREAS WITHIN THE CITY.
B. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 16-23. A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FIRE PROTECTION IMPACT FEE CALCULATION AND IMPACT FEE STUDY REPORT FOR THE CITY OF ANGELS & ESTABLISHING FIRE PROTECTION IMPACT FEES FOR ALL EFFECTED AREAS WITHIN THE CITY.
C. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 16-24. A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE POLICE FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT IMPACT FEE CALCULATION AND IMPACT FEE STUDY REPORT FOR THE CITY OF ANGELS & ESTABLISHING POLICE IMPACT FEES FOR ALL EFFECTED AREAS WITHIN THE CITY.

2. RECONSIDERATION OF WAIVER OF FIRST READING/INTRODUCTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 475: ADDING CHAPTER 12.24 OF THE CITY OF ANGELS MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING UNLAWFUL CAMPING ON PUBLIC AND PRIVATE PROPERTY – Derek Cole, City Attorney
Council Action:   CONSIDER WHETHER TO:

(A) RECONSIDER THE WAIVER OF FIRST READING AND INTRODUCTION OF AN ORDINANCE ADDING CHAPTER 12.24 OF THE CITY OF ANGELS MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING UNLAWFUL CAMPING ON PUBLIC; AND

(B) IF CONSIDERATION IS GRANTED, RECONSIDER THE WAIVER AND INTRODUCTION OF THE ORDINANCE (Note: Public Hearing and Second Reading for the Ordinance have been set for July 5, 2016)
