Arnold, CA….Our local Mother Lode League Football teams are marching forward in the 2016 season. Most of our teams put another W in the win column with the exception of Summerville and Linden. The Bullfrogs football team took Friday’s home non-conference game against Golden Sierra 27-6. Calaveras won Friday’s home non-conference game against perennial powerhouse Modesto Christian 35-28. The Sonora Wildcats won Friday’s home non-conference game pounding Ripon 69-7. The Amador Buffaloes thundered over San Juan by a score of 59-7. Argonaut Mustangs over Colfax 35-30. The Summerville Bears dropped Friday’s home non-conference game against Bradshaw Christian 42-14. Linden Lions lost Friday’s game against Galt 37-25.
