Arnold, CA…The numbers are falling but it was another cold and dark night for many in our area. Many of these outages are new or variations from yesterday. Winds overnight brought down more trees and limbs into power lines and service drops to houses. Interestingly the total number of repair instances seems about the same or higher but the total number in the dark is dropping so they are making good progress. Another observation yesterday when we were out and about is that it didn’t seem to be beetle kill trees but green living trees that were carrying a full foliage load to carry snow and hence weight. Our hats off the the crews that are working in abysmal and dangerous conditions. To make it a bit easier to read the list is below the graphic.
