Volcano, CA…On Tuesday, February 21st a man was driving a 1999 Dodge eastbound on Charleston Road at Ponderosa Way at approximately 35 miles per hour.

Due to the driver’s level of alcohol intoxication he allowed the Dodge to veer off of the south roadway edge where it collided with a barbed wire fence. The driver was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.
