Douglas Flat, CA…The Shakespeare on the Vine Theatre Company is proud to partner with Brice Station Vineyards for their third season. In the summer of 2017 the company will launch a new theatre education program for local youth and present William Shakespeare’s brilliant tragedy, Hamlet – under the direction of the company’s Artistic Director, Tara Kayton, and starring Sean M. Lewis as the title character. Hamlet runs July 20-August 19 at Brice Station.
On Saturday, April 29, 2017 the company will host their 3rd annual Spring Gala at Ayreal Vieux Winery located at 1690 Monge Road, Douglas Flat from 1:00pm – 5:00pm. The European countryside picnic will serve delicious cuisine provided by V Restaurant with multiple wine pairings from Ayreal Vieux. The silent auction promises to include artwork, vacation packages, and beautiful gifts from all over California. The talented Jill Warren will play music for the event and actors will be there to answer questions about the theatre and show.
The gala costs $75 and includes the wine, food, and will support this summer’s production of Hamlet and the newly announced theatre education program for local youth.
