Amador County, CA…The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will be performing various road work on State Route 88 (SR-88) from SR-104/Ridge Road to the Amador/Alpine County line. Work will occur as follows:

One-way traffic control on eastbound and westbound SR-88 from SR-104/Ridge Road to Jackson/Martell shops entrance for utility work on Monday, April 3, 2017, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

One-way traffic control on eastbound and westbound SR-88 from East Molofino Road to Irishtown/Clinton Roads for utility work on Monday, April 3, 2017, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

One-way traffic control on eastbound and westbound SR-88 from Kit Carson Lodge to the Amador/Alpine County line for paving operations beginning Monday, April 3, 2017, through Friday, April 7, 2017, from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Motorists can expect up to 5-10 minute delays.

Work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment and/ or materials, and construction related issues.
