100 Acre Parcel Landrush Will Begin for Outdoor Cannabis Cultivations if Consensus Holds

San Andreas, CA….The Calaveras County Board of Supervisors Special Meeting on commercial cannabis is entering its’ final stages. There are still details to be worked out, and the final ordinance still needs to be returned and voted on January 10th but consensus on the parcel size seems to have been reached. It looks as though it will be 100 acre parcel size or larger with a total of 44,000 square feet of growing canopy. We may be wrong but those with 100 acre or larger parcels may see their property values take a drastic rise in 2018. On January 10th the revised ordinances that was crafted over the last two days and the ban portion will be returned for final vote.
